Nice ride. You know Sue?

If you dare to ride a Vespa within 10 miles of the Napa County line, and should encounter a stranger, you'll hear two things;

1.  Nice ride
2.  You know Sue?

Everybody knows Suellen Darblay.  Back when my man and I opened the doors to our first scooter shop location on D street, Sue was right there on her blue and green two-tone Vespa ET4--supporting our shop and bringing in her pals.  If I had time, I'd hunt down one of the many beautiful photos of her on that steed.  Sadly, time is a short commodity these days, so you'll just have to take my word for it.

This girl, our Sue, is the sweetest, kindest, most charming little Vespa rider you'll ever find.  But everybody already knows that.  What you don't know about this girl, our Sue, is that on Saturday, May 31, she'll begin riding from ALASKA to NEW ORLEANS for the 2014 Scooter Cannonball Run.  That's a whopping 3,650 miles.  Sue's scooter of choice for this trek is a Vespa GTS 250.  And we're sponsoring and supporting her every step of the way.  If you'd like to follow along, go here:

Now, when you ride your scooter over to Napa, you'll hear three things;

1.  Nice ride
2.  You know Sue?
3.  Did you hear that she rode her Vespa all the way from Alaska to New Orleans?

Big thanks to Paul K at Tucker Rocky for the First Gear jacket and heated gear.  Also a thanks to ARC Copy for the sweet custom vinyl.

And to Sue, the last time we sponsored a rider for Cannonball, he won.  No pressure, though.

We love you.  Give'em hell!
